Smilemore!

Found immediately after the fight with the Bio!Professor, Smilemore Hospital is an immense building that serves as a section of the Cave System all it's own. It's full name is Smilemore Care Containment & Protection, though nobody but the high staff use it.

Smilemore is far more than just a hospital, despite having staff and doctors to deal with any kind of medical issue, not just the ones that would be caused through dealing with the Boss Rush. No, Smilemore includes an asylum to deal with the insane, a prison to house the dangerous, and a library to entertain the curious, as well as an in-building grocery store for the staff and patients to buy from, and full living quarters for the staff and patients. Whoever designed the building really wanted people to stay... forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever. What makes things so weird however, is that no building planner or designer seemingly exists, the oldest staff do no remember them, or refuse to explain. Pressuring them to answer is a very bad decision, Mark! so don't do it.

One of the surface level anomalies are the X buttons in the elevator, or the staff only doors that bar access to floors if one chooses to take the stairs. X buttons and Staff Only doors can only be operated by the staff, despite not requiring any kind of access card or key when they use it, as if some force was only allowing access to them, while barring access to anyone else. But compared to other things this building does, Staff Only Doors and X buttons are the equivalent of misplacing something and then instantly finding it again.
